Our group is a group of friends who work tirelessly to bring you the best events, news, and social events possible and relies on volunteers to enjoy the very best of our unique mountain community.We have come together in this group simply to enjoy this beautiful community and world together!
Our group is the largest social group in the Lake Lure area and has activities of every nature and kind! We have a bi monthly meeting where we get together in people's homes or other local venues, a Dining Our Group, A Bridge Group, a Pot-Luck group , and Out and About Group, and a hiking group!
We have done just about all activities that you can think of to date and more are planned! We have gone cross country skiing, hiked over 60 trails and mountain ranges, dined at the best restaurants in North Carolina, enjoyed weekend trips to exciting locations, had Mardi Gras Parties, numerous beach parties, swimming parties, boat tie ups, fantastic dances, helped our community, visited in many of our homes just to mention of few of our activities!
What we do and where we go is up to you! Do let us know of an activity that you want to plan!
