GREAT SMOKEY MOUNTAIN TRAIN TRIP!

Out and About” Train Ride Info: Still Ready to Ride the Rails ???

Our September plans are still a go !! Our "Out and About Club" will have a larger group excursion sometime in 2009, since many are going to Alaska this fall. But several other members have expressed an interest to still have a smaller group go on this September’s trip.

The plans are still an option for you, if you act fast. We just will not have the group rate or entire car reserved. Please call and make your individual reservations as soon as possible by calling GSMR at 1-800- 872- 4681 for the “Photo Opt” on September 21, 2008 and ask for the Club Car.

We leave at 9AM Sunday on 9/21 and return at 5 PM the same day. Several are still planning to arrive the day before, on Saturday 9/20, to enjoy the festival that weekend and the area's attractions. It is your option to rent a charming log cabin or stay in one of Bryson City's hotels, or maybe a Bed and Breakfast Inn to make it a fun weekend. So call GSMR today at 1-800-872-4681, reserve your spot and inquire about refund policies.

The Club Car will have cocktail tables and love seats and generally fills up fast. So call soon and then pay individually with your charge card. It will be $114.00 each. Rates are less expensive on the other cars if you prefer. You may view the web site for additional info at www.gsmr.com .
